FLO the early years, one of first offices was simply a 9x7 room shared with two dogs, and kids of course

In plain English, we are adoptive-foster families, helping adoptive-foster families. As a nonprofit family adoption exchange, we provide a gateway to adoption-foster programs, resources, education, advocacy and placement agencies that work with all families without judgment of their family structure.
